Great Customer Service
Made my first order with Peptidology…received my order promptly but the vial looked damaged . Contacted CS and quickly was sent a replacement order no questions asked !
But! FedEx delivered to the wrong house. With no help from FedEx at all other than them saying the package was delivered - Zero follow up from FedEx.
Contacted Peptidology not expecting much since they had already sent a replacement order. But they again replaced my Pep and switched delivery companies. Received the 3rd replacement quickly with no hiccups.
Cannot say enough about their great Customer Service.
