Joined and choked.
3 interview rounds. Founder meet wer awful rude and demeaning. But i thot it was there way of being strict and assessing.
Recruiter was helpful and showed me couloured picture of the company. I joined and instead of getting a heart welcome, i came to office to hear madam goswamy abusing and shouting on the floor. I was told not to worry. after 2 hr i again heard mr rohit blasting some team member with degrading language and abuse. It became a daily rutine of bulshit. I also spk with their HR head. she said no no dont worry its the way they operate but they dont mean it. so i ws like sorry lady, but this is not there home and i am not their child. the culture in the office is depressing. never to join such company again,
