I started this program approximately 4 years ago. I am 68 years old and still feel and act like 40. When I started I weighed 210 lbs, my current weight is 180, I workout 4 to 5 times a week for 45 minutes per session. At this age to still have the endurance and ability to play sports, swim, dance is amazing and I definitely give credit to the program for showing me the proper way to combine cardio, stretching and strength training, I recommend this program to anyone that is serious about getting into shape
