They get a 5 for the customer service, alone. They’re SUPER responsive and always help me to the best of their ability. I got fined by Spotify for a false claim and although they couldn’t refund me for Spotify, they worked with me to make sure I understood what had happened and how I can try to appeal. Every time I need a release date changed, they handle it with ease and speed. They’ve got a good thing going.
