I have been doing the workouts, including the chair, mobility and a custom workout, five days a week for fourteen weeks.
I am seeing real results. My back is a lot less sore all the time and I definitely have more energy.
The program is easy to use and I really appreciate the comments reminding me to engage my core and keep my back straight.
All in all, I love the program. Thanks.
