Buyer beware! When you ask a question and provide credit card info, you are automatically signed up for a monthly membership even though the information upfront says that there would be a nominal fee. In my most recent inquiry, JustAsk said there would be a charge of $8 and, then, I learned that my "membership" would be $78/month. I would not have known this unless I checked my JustAsk "membership." The accountant that responded to my most recent inquiry provided a helpful answer. I had used JustAnswer before for a legal question and the lawyer's response very clearly showed that he did not even read my question or, at least, didn't understand it.
