My orders have always been promptly attended to and delivered.
However, the last order was not delivered to my home as per my usual instructions. It was left at a post office in the next suburb. Not even in my suburb. I was very upset about this as I had to wait until the following Monday to collect the cartridge and could not print for 3 days.
Whilst it is not your fault, I think you should take more care with the couriers you choose as this one was not good at all. I was home all day, and the courier said he could not find a safe place to leave the cartridge despite implicit instructions to open the door to the foyer and leave the cartridge at my door as has happened on at least 5 other occasions using your service.
