Took my money and disappeared.

Placed my order over a month ago and the tracking information has never updated. It just says "label created." Multiple emails to their support team have gone completely unanswered. The phone number, if it even exists, is impossible to find. It feels like they took my money and ran. I have no product and no way to get in touch with a human being. This is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. Do not trust this company with your order.
