Best Customer Service
I mailed a return w/o the invoice and no Order # attached. I emailed The Noli Shop asking how I could make sure to get my refund. I received an email the very next day and a few since then asking for my information to help them track my return. I just received confirmation that they have everything they need to make sure I’m credited for my return. I’ve never had customer care service as thorough and timely as I’ve experienced with The Noli Shop.
