Took this supplement consistently for over three months as directed and noticed absolutely zero difference in my energy or health. The only thing I experienced was an upset stomach and mild nausea, which made it difficult to continue. A complete waste of money. The marketing makes bold claims, but the product simply does not deliver. I'm disappointed and will not be purchasing again. Save your money and look for a more reputable brand with transparent ingredients and proven efficacy.
