I have placed several orders with Acecosm. I've always been pleased with the products and how quickly they deliver.
On my most recent purchase I received a box of items that were not the items that I ordered. I had been out of town for almost a month and the package came while I was away so I did not get to open it until I got home.
contacted Acecosm's customer service and explained the situation to them. They promised to look into it immediately and I received an email the next day saying that they did indeed find that I was sent the wrong order. They shipped my items that day and I had them 2 days later.
That is the BEST customer service one could ask for and why I will continue to be a loyal customer.
