During initial setup I had a problem with setting up my devices. The support agent understood the problem and explained it clearly. Although I had to provesd updates to my devices the support agent stayed on the line during this time until I inadvertently restarted my device for the update disconnecting the call. Support followed up in email but I informed them that I was all connected after processing the updates. The willingness to wait with me during updates and the follow up after being disconnected is what I based my rating on.
