You can improve by being more upfront/transparent. You know what I’m talking about. WHATEVER you’re not telling customers, you need to come clean and tell them(like mentioning that the HIGH SPEED data is LIMITED). Enough with the shenanigans.
Your customer service reps also need to take some communication classes or something. They didn’t get my address right and my name is STILL misspelled on my account.
I also got a message that I changed some things on my account - I didn’t. I don’t know what’s up with that, more of your shenanigans.
