The first package I got was mangled. Multiple packages of ingredients were leaking - juice from the shrimp and salmon had gotten over all of my ingredients. The squash package was destroyed and squash pieces were everywhere in the box. The meat wasn't frozen so had to throw that out.
I had to waste good food, good meat because of this company's negligence. The meat - chicken, salmon, shrimp - all those were living creatures that had to be killed for me to consume. Now that's literally had to go into the garbage because this company couldn't take the time to package things correctly. I can't support a company whose negligence leads me to waste food. I feel terrible that I have to throw this good food out, and it wasn't because of my own doing, it was the fault of some negligent organization that obviously doesn't consider any of these factors. It's food. Treat it better.
This company has not only hurt my wallet with this subpar product, but it hurt my values. The things I stand for in life - specifically around respecting your food. They spat on that and it's infuriating.
