I am a PRO member at Tunecore. Tunecore says that with the PRO membership you will get 24hr response time with customer service. I have been waiting a YEAR for someone to get back to me. I've written every couple of months to get a response and still nothing. It is unacceptable and with a new release on the horizon, I will never release an album on their platform again. I suggest others think twice if customer service is important to you.
