Dreadful valuation service. Liam Fox has no grasp on current property values in the local area, and I would avoid him at all costs. He will take your valuation fee, and then provide a completely useless valuation report.

Based on the information that we can gather from your review we believe that the valuation you are referring to was carried out at the request of your lender (our client).
Whilst we appreciate that you may not be happy with the valuation we must stress that Liam Fox is a qualified Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) of 10 years standing and he has carried out a wide range of valuation work in that period.
RICS qualified surveyors work to a code of continuous professional development which enables them to remain qualified, up to date with market values and practice on behalf of major financial institutions.
