What an excellent customer service
I want to commend the customer service representative who assisted me with my flight booking and that would be Ms. Christmas Saito. She is very knowledgeable and guided me through every step with patience and care. She’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience pleasant and easy. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely recommend her to others.
