Return item after unboxing and installing brake rotors and valve. Noticed that there was a rattling noise resulting from a piece of something inside the wheel. This was disappointing because the wheels had a tag indicating that they were check for quality assurance. The return process was simple enough; however, I was extremely disappointed to find out I had to handle the cost of sending the item back. In other words, it cost me money to return a faulty constructed product. This is in my opinion unacceptable. Will not be buying any products from Hunt in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review and sorry to hear of the issue you had with the wheel you received.
If a customer receives a wheel which has an issue we would not expect them to have to pay to return the wheels to us, we would supply a return shipping label.
It appears that when you completed the 60 Day Ride & Return form the option you chose was to return a wheelset under our 60 Day Ride & Return policy which doesn't have an issue, in which case it would be the customers responsibility to return the wheels to us, had you selected that there was an issue we would have worked with you to either exchange the wheels or supply a return shipping label for a refund.
We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused and will be in touch with you with regards to the issue you had and so we can refund the return shipping you paid.
