the cancel process was complicated and kept refusing my card. I finally had enough and asked for a refund. I had the account half an hour. they refused because they had already processed the account. they say its canceled but I removed them from my Paypal because I dont trust them. they say the no refund is explained in the sign up. I sure never saw it.
