Fantastic customer service.
My order was impacted due to the Canada Post strike. I emailed IM8 for a solution to this. They sent a whole other package (at no cost to me) and sent it through Fedex. They kept me updated throughout.
Incredible. No resistance on their end. Total collaboration and desire to find a solution.
