Got there in the end thanks to LF
I wasnt able to apply my £10 credit and its rather difficult to get through to Look Fantastic as they don't have a phone number, live chat wasnt available either, and email isnt ideal due to the time for response. However I got through via Instagram to Georgina who explained how to access my credit but I still couldn't get it (apologies, im not brilliant with things like this), so next day Darcy messaged me back and very kindly refunded the money!! 😁 Now I just have to make sure i follow her instructions properly when I get them 🤞🏻. Thanks to you both for your patience!!
