I’ve been using defer it for 6 years
I’ve been using defer it for 6 years. Sadly this year I’ve been trying to reach out to them after I had a card issue. This company has very poor communication, in fact I’m now on day 4 waiting to get assistance from their “support team” the responses I get are once daily and seem to be ridiculously late at night between 9pm -11pm signifying over seas assistance rather than dealing with an Australian. There is no email to contact nor phone number. I will not be remaining a customer of defer it from this point. Getting assistance shouldn’t be this hard.
