My first item sold in the platform was a ln Apple Watch Ultra, that supposedly arrived with the package torn and everything inside, except the watch. The buyer was refunded fully, and I got nothing, not even an investigation to understand if the package was actually delivered as stated. After that, everything has been going great I've sold dozens of items without any issue. But keep in mind when sending expensive items, always take every precaution you can.
