Muscle Booster highly recommended
I personally know how to set up a workout routine and get the results that I want. This app just makes that so much easier, I do not have to take the time out of my day to decide what I am going to lift, how many sets, reps etc. The meal prep and recipes is awesome too. I recommend this all the time to my patients and friends. I have been using it for more than 2 years and am over 114 consecutive weeks with at least 3 workouts, usually 4 per week.
