quick release time, helpful customer support, reasonable plan prices. certain limitations, like not being able to have two languages in a song title, as well as very strict and sometimes confusing and unreasonable artwork guidelines: the service didn't allow an artwork that didn't include artist names, which i find unreasonable.
either way, amuse is great and i will continue using it.
