Been charged recurring fees over $5000…
Was charged recurring fees needed to cancel and due to financial difficulty was kindly responded to promptly and issued a remaining membership after cancellation til the end of the month.
CEREBRUM customer service team were very helpful and quickly resolved my issue for me which wassuch a releif.
