Customer Service

Hello everyone,
I basically cannot understand the customer service hours.
I placed an order, paid for it and received it. However, one of the items I ordered was incomplete. I reported this and complained about it using the form system on the day of delivery.
However, 48 hours have now passed and I still haven't received a response.

How is it possible nowadays that one has to wait unnecessarily long for a response or even for the issue to be dealt with?

And if you do respond here, please do not refer me to your contact form if I am not going to receive a reply via that anyway.
