GREAT food but HORRIBLE shipping!
I would give the food a five - my dog loves it BUT beware the order fulfillment is extremely slow! NO stars at all for that. The website says the order is fulfilled within 24 hours but do NOT fall for that lie! I have fallen for it multiple times when my dog still has 7 days of food left and I ALWAYS end up paying $50 for a last minute bag on Amazon. I live in Vegas and once they actually decide to ship it, the bags are there almost immediately BUT it takes over a week for them to decide to ship it. Auto ship is tricky as well because I always end up with 10 bags or not enough. I have figured out the auto ship for the dental treats - that was easy as he gets one a day - but it is harder with the bags of food. If they would fix their shipping department, they would be AMAZING!
