Hopeless - don't waste your time. I tried to order twice and the website declined my card. The only response I got from the company was to try another web browser or device! I have had to order elsewhere, which though more expensive than the price offered by DF was at least possible, and as easy and quick as it should have been. I will avoid DF in future. As they say, "if something sounds too good to be true.."

Reviewing North West Cottage, Looe, Cornwall booked through holidaycottages.co.uk Description is inaccurate, clearly states 2 WCs when there is only one - in a tiny cupboard upstairs. Photographs are wildly out of date - courtyard is full of weeds and rubbish bins rather than pretty plants and window boxes. Directions to the property include reference to a business opposite which isn't there. The local water taxi is a pound not 40p etc etc. It's a good location and comfortable enough little cottage, though the living room is very dark and the cold water tap in the shower room had been disconnected, but people ought to know what they are getting for their money. Nice enough people on the 'phone but these issues have been reported and no action has been taken. No one seems to actually inspect the properties so would hesitate to book with this company again.
