The driver was fantastic and made the more than 2 hours drive really relaxing and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed Marco's storytelling during the ride. He gave us some information about the history and culture of Rome and Naples which was really interesting. When Marco arrived in Rome, there was a bus and train strike as well as a protest in front of the train station. The police had many streets blocked off so our original pick-up point was inaccessible. Marco was excellent at keep in contact with us and finding the closest spot to meet us. He made our ride from Rome to Naples as stress free as possible. We would hire Marco via this company again.

Our driver was Marco and he was excellent. When we arrived in Rome by car with another service, the trains and buses were going on strike. There were so many police and carbinieri in the Train Station as there was also a protest going on right in front of the station on Giolotti street. So the police had the roads around the train station blocked off. Marco was fantastic as getting as close to the station as he could and helped all 4 of us with our luggage. He's speak English really well and was able to share some history, culture and personal experiences with us on the ride to Naples. He offered to stop during the 2+ hour trip at a rest station but we didn't feel we needed to stop. When he dropped us off, we decided to us the bathroom attached to the store/gas station and it was pretty bad. Marco was still there getting the van washed and he even came over to offer us his baby wipes as he knew how bad that washroom was. He even arranged with our next driver by phone to meet us in a place that was easier to navigate to (as I didn't know Naples at all when I booked it originally. Marco went out of his way on so many levels to make our experience fantastic!! Marco made the drive really enjoyable, and the van was very comfortable for all of us. We would highly recommend him and this company!
