It’s extremely unfortunate I have to write this review, however the customer service/shipping experience I’ve had with ORTTU is pitiful. I ordered a product from the team on September 30th and, when ordered, I believe it said expected delivery in 7 days. I got notified the next day that my order was ready to ship! Exciting! It’s now 7 days later and they still haven't shipped it. In 2025 that just isn’t acceptable. On top of it this I am unable to get ahold of anyone to ask what is going on. Great clothes, but abysmal customer service.
