Very bad customer experience

Very bad customer experience. It’s very hard to contact the customer care and they know only about offers. Getting connected is easy and very hard to come out. Poor connectivity and not paid back for reporting no service hours. Now my contract is renewed on double pay and not informed nor to have a discount if not using the service
