Amazing customer service
Ordered a Too Faced bronzer from LF but unfortunately when it arrived it was all broken (ordered this bronzer many times from LF and never had this before so was unusual). Went on the online chat on Friday night at 6.20pm and Saturday morning at 10.30am the postman was knocking on my door with my replacement! Now that’s what I call amazing customer service!!
