Ordered 2 sizes precut

Ordered 2 sizes precut. Rather than separating them you rolled them up into 1 roll inside one another. Needless to say I mixed the sizes up whilst handing them. Handling long strips of this product is tricky, delicate and needs a lot of space. Your delivery representative Evri, is a part of your service and as such they are reckless and incompetent.
In response to Purlfrost's response: A simple solution would be to roll up size 1 of my order, secure with paper band (as you did with the order) with details of what it is - shade, size. Roll up size 2, do the same but make roll larger so roll 1 slots through the middle. The whole thing slots easily into the hard board tube for delivery. Now, Purlfrost doesn't need to be told this do they. They provide good written instructions.

For efficiency and to minimise waste, we package multiple sheets of film in a single tube, carefully rolled together. This is standard practice across the industry and helps us reduce unnecessary packaging — especially important when customers, like yourself, order more than one piece. We do understand, however, that handling larger pieces can be challenging, and we’re always happy to offer guidance on best practices before or after delivery.
