Quick Delivery, Weak Packaging
The delivery was extremely quick and the product is very good. However, I'm completely shocked that it managed to arrive here in one piece. The box it arrived in was chewed/smashed/torn and provided little to no protection whatsoever. If I hadn't collected the package within minutes of it being delivered, it had a very high chance of being damaged/broken.

We're very sorry to hear about the condition of the box upon arrival. Please know that it was not sent out in that condition. All packages are securely packed before leaving our hands. Unfortunately, damage during transit can sometimes occur, and that’s something outside of our control once it's with the carrier. Have you had a chance to report the issue to your local postal carrier or post office? They may be able to provide more insight or file a report, especially if this was a rough delivery. We're grateful it arrived safely despite the condition of the packaging, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
