Worst insurance company ever. They’re misinformed about the document they send, refuse reimbursement despite earlier promises, unable to show any reasonable arguments at all for their actions. For my 30 hour delayed flight they reimbursed around 25 euro, which is what I payed the for the insurance in the first place, even after spending hours on the phone. The irony of this is not lost on me.
Do NOT buy travel insurance from them

The flight was overbooked and thus I was kept in transit for 24 Hours on what should have been a 3 hour flight. Bounced between airports, with little to no help I ended up stranded in norway and had to pay my own ticket back. Tried calling their help center, which clearly is an Indian call center who hung up on me 3 times I a row after 10 minutes phone call.
Oh yeah, they also lost my luggage.
This is the worst I have ever been treated by any company by far.
The sheer incompetence and uncooperative attitude is baffling
