I am happy with my E27, I34 and N29. Due to my thyroid and and non alcoholic liver auto immune problems. My hair, and skin and nail has taken a beating. I can't take biotin because of my auto immune thyroid issues. Issues don't occur overnight nor does a cure. I am trying to do my best. I notice my hair was growing and less shedding and breakage. I like my three products so far.
