Fake non existent customer service

They tell you to contact them in regard to your query with your order number to customercare at laam.pk or by WhatsApp and their policy is to reply within 24 hours. I can tell you from personal experience that is a lie. Last time it took them over one week to reply to my initial question about an order. But that was it . Then they stopped responding again. Another week goes by, get a response after I queried them several times. It was incredibly frustrating. I recommend if you’re considering placing a large or important order from them, don’t. Look elsewhere. There are other retailers who are more responsive and transparent. They reply to all these reviews asking people to email them so they can fix it, when the review is complaining about no one responding to their complaints to the same email they supply in the first place. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money.
