Company scams you of baggage charges. They made me pay for my carry on bag on an international connection even though I had paid for a checked bag on my ticket and would have checked my bag instead. Late contacted Customer service who just pushed standard language without understanding that I was charged for something I had already paid for.

Hello! Thanks for your review. Please note that the max. weight for cabin baggage is 8 kg for all pieces. The said rules are clearly stated in the web page. If the weight or dimension rules are not followed, an additional fee may be applied.
We kindly remind you that if you are a Economy BASIC, Economy CLASSIC plus or Economy FLEX ticket holder, you can upgrade your cabin baggage allowance from 8 kg to 12 kg for an additional fee prior the flight.
