Don't Use this Company
I would like to give a negative rating.Unfortunately that's not an option. I purchased a flight thru Justfly for January 2026 on Sept 20 and 8 days after on Sept 28 I received an email that there were changes made on my ticket. I chatted right away on Sept 28 and modified my flight details. I was told that the earliest available Flight that I can be accommodated on is February 1. I agreed on this although I told JustFly that I will be returning to work on Jan 31. I was reassured that I will be informed thru chat and email once the airline confirmed the changes made for Feb 1. I chatted everyday from Sept 28 to Oct 1 and finally on Oct 1, I was informed that there is no longer any available flight for Feb 1 and I have to move my flight again to Feb 4. After all the back and forth conversation I ended up opting for a refund which I'm hoping to get and mind you not for the full amount. I purchased the ticket for $3,200++ and I will be refunded only for $2,400++. Every time I chat with customer service all they say is how they "understand how I feel and how frustrating this is." No you definitely don't understand how I feel. You are not the ones losing thousands of money over this. Frustrating is not the word I will use for this situation. All I can say is you all have been warned. I will never buy any airline tickets from Justfly ever again.
