Svetness connected me with a fantastic trainer/body builder who was very knowledgable and focused on me. She pushed me to achieve my goals both physically and mentally. The workouts she showed me never got boring and by keeping the muscle confusion to a maximum I now look forward to our sessions! She also Set me up with a nutrition program to keep my body fed with a real proper and taylored diet plan. All in all it is a great program!
