Shambles
Awful experience in store, had to wait ages to be seen, then once seen, the person who served me didn’t know the answer to any of my questions, The organisation in there was just a shambles no one seemed to be competent enough to answer the most basic of questions. I wanted to know what my bill was going to be and they couldn’t tell me, the poor staff all looked depressed to be there.
