The posters were great in terms of print quality and thickness of the paper. Their customer service was prompt in responding to my question on how to help remove a smudge that got on the poster which was our fault. They asked for details and a picture of the smudge. Given that the smudge couldn’t be removed, they surprised us with a free replacement of the poster.
