Worst company ive ever had to deal…

Worst company ive ever had to deal with!!!!! Still no refund from the 4th of September just telling its processing. Now they have told me its already been refunded it Has NOT been i haven't received a single penny off the £200. This is unbelievable I cant believe this is allowed to happend.. last contacted was a few days ago saying they have escalated it to accounts. Complete lies told continuously!!!!! Disgrace

Worst experience ever still waiting on…

Worst experience ever still waiting on a refund from the 4th of September told numerous times its processing. They then told me it would be back in my account on the 25th September its now the 30th and still not received it. You cant even speak to a actual human!!!! How can this be allowed? Wish I had read thr reviews on here because it looks like its happening to alot of people. I've never experienced such a bad customer service in my life.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again.

I can assure you that the refund for your return will be processed, but if you wish to have a more specific date you will need to contact our customer service team using one of the options below.

Whilst we do utilise AI to resolve simpler queries, you can request to speak to an agent at any point in the conversation, and the system will transfer you to the next available advisor. I would also advise contacted your payment provider directly who can help you with locating the refund in your account.

AVOID

Absolute disgrace of a company!!!! Nearly a month of waiting on a refund returned 2 items on the 4th of September been telling me for 3 weeks its processing. They I was told the money will be back in my account by the end of day on the 25th September. Its now the 30th and still no refund . They basically just lie!!! You dont even speak to a human just a bot. How can they be allowed to get away with this!!!! Wish I had checked the reviews on here cos it looks like everyone is having the same problem with them aswell as debenahms.
