There was never a physician on my portal and I had to go to the ER bc of drug interaction with the Tirzepatide. They avoided answering my questions on email and phone. They have “reps” that can’t speak English. They won’t give me to a supervisor. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. HORRIBLE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
