Do not allow my refund because I am from certain region. Bad rules.
"We don't currently offer refunds in the region you've made a purchase from. This is due to the huge amount of abuse of the refund system that has originated from users trying to use the services for things like bypassing geo restrictions and then immediately wanting a refund when this doesn't work."
