The orders are painfully slow but when I asked about it, they were more than helpful with splitting up the order between the things they have in stock and what was back ordered. But it still hasn’t arrived 2 months later so could someone help me with cancelling my order

It’s been 2 months since I ordered it. They have made no attempt to contact me why it has taken so long. Even though it says every day that it is expected to be dispatched in a few days it never happens and it keeps getting delayed another few days and again and again.
If stock isn’t available or due soon don’t advertise it.
