Change company who delivered stuff from TREDZ shop

So, 7 days ago I bought a bike in your store. I have nothing to complain about the store, but I'm speechless about the company that delivers bikes to my home, namely DHL, after 7 days I still don't have the bike. The package was supposed to arrive on September 23, 2025, for unknown reasons, then the bike arrived on Thursday without notifying me, but for personal reasons, no one was home. Then the delivery of the package was postponed to Saturday, where it wasn't delivered either. Today is Sunday, September 28,
