Horrible customer service. I bought a dining table along with the assembly service. The guy who came to assemble did it in rush and didn’t show how to use the extension. However, we were directed to customer service for the extension to be looked at and fixed.
The customer service offered me €49 delivery fee refund after the table would be fixed. There were no issues with the table, just its clips weren’t released, which on first hand should have been done by the person who assembled it.
Now after the issue was fixed, they said they cannot offer the delivery fee refund as there was no fault in the table. Absolute liars, promised me refund of delivery fee and didn’t do. Now my problem is , I didn’t buy the table for the delivery fee to be refunded, they themselves quoted me “as a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the delivery fee after your satisfaction “. When I contacted them after the technician visit, they are saying they cannot refund.
No apology , no acceptable for doing wrong. The customer service manager was very horrible as well to deal with. She said, it’s final and we cannot refund your money. Even though I have everything written in my emails as proof that they offered me delivery fee refund. So don’t fall for their fake promises. Never coming back to EZ living and have recommended the same to my friends.
