Was very pleased how easy the books were to order. When the books arrived very satisfied overall with the quality. I wanted to make a change to the dedication after I ordered and paid for them but was unable to do so. I sent an email to the customer service department regarding this issue, and they responded very quickly. Amanda from the customer service department was able to help me resolve this issue. I was extremely happy with the way she handled the issue. The only small negative I would give is that you were not able to put in cousins or uncles, aunties and grandparents into the books.
